Hello from Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast where our average temperature is 73.3 degrees Fahrenheit. Our our beaches are soft, sugary, cool sand made of 99% quartz. After vacationing in Siesta Key for over ten years, we moved here for my husband’s job transfer. I live in Parrish Florida, a rural suburb in Manatee county north of Lakewood Ranch. Parrish is currently booming in development. Primarily known for horse farms, cattle ranches, citrus orchards, canopy oaks and small town smiles, its real estate market is turning. Many residents work from home or commute to Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice, and even Fort Myers. A new primary school, charter school, and high school are coming to Parrish 2019/2020 school year.
I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 1986. I have an Ohio real estate license and a Florida real estate broker license.
I’ve always believed and lived by the motto actions speak louder than words. I provide sound analysis, actionable advice, and transparent honesty.
I am married with 2 children. One in high school. One in college. I enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, bonfires, beaching, reading and cookouts with friends. My husband and I are dedicated to supporting local establishments and giving back to our community.
Many real estate agents are buying instead of earning their success. There are over 7,000 licensed real estate agents in Sarasota and Manatee counties yet not all are actively listing and selling. Most licensees don’t last 2 years in the business. Even more are no longer around 5 years later. It’s my passion to serve others and real estate is a profession that allows me to pursue that passion and pay the bills. Win-win. It’s my way to pay forward all who’ve helped me along my life journey, starting with my parents who adopted me and rescued me from an unknown outcome.
How may I serve you?
